- 1st Day: Wear denture until you return for your 24hr check
- 2nd and 3rd Day: Remove your denture 1st thing in the morning and rinse with warm salt water. Then, rinse denture with water and place denture back in your mouth. Take your denture in and out 5-7 times throughout the day. Rinse your denture with water then rinse your mouth with warm salt water and place your denture back in your mouth. Wear your denture all night
- Days 4-7: Identify any sore areas for denture adjustment with dentist at 1 week appointment
